Property Photography
Interiors, Exteriors and Aerial
Most people associate property photography with those images displayed in an estate agent's window or gracing the pages of interior design magazines. But there's another side to this style of photography. Sometimes you may want to see an aerial view of your home and garden, a sight you may not have been able to see before, that's where the drones fit in. Or perhaps you would like some before and after photos of a refurbishment. There's also the possible need for promotional material that shows off your property to perfection.
Because both interiors and exteriors consist of parallel lines it is very difficult to stand at ground level and not capture an image with converging vertical lines. Likewise, interiors often limit the distance you can stand back to get a whole room in the shot. Both of these instances require specialist lenses to overcome those problems. Without getting too technical we have available "Tilt-Shift" lenses for straightening those "looking up" outdoor shots and ultra-wide, distortion-free interior lenses to prevent the fish-eye effect.
The examples below show shots of both very tall buildings and some tight interiors to give you an idea of what we mean.
